I imagine a world where innocence does not disappear with age, but quietly teaches the wild to be gentle. Where the longing for the fleeting vitality of youth and cooing at little critters does not evanesce after childhood.
I paint myself as a child to represent purity and innocence, as the age when animals are most loved. We gather in a lush forest, sharing a meal which represents mutual vulnerability and trust. Depicting these elements is my way of suggesting a world in which humans and nature can coexist without fear, dominance or hierarchy. Where even after maturing, man continue to treat animals the same.
