This sculpture describes a horse sitting lazily reclining on a sofa. In my heart, horses symbolize freedom and strength. As a child, I often imagined a horse steed waiting at my doorstep, ready to carry me wherever place that I wanted go, not matter where it is. This horse gradually became a symbol of boundless freedom—a state I have always yearned for. Also the horse as a place to shelter me from the wind and rain. When I was a child, I often having conflicts with family members. I fantasized that this person would protect me.
