Drawing + Painting
Students in this program explored the overarching theme of 'Time' through varied painting and drawing projects, working both from observation and imagination. They developed skills in working from the figure, architecture and still life, as well as exploring narrative drawing, mixed media and self-portraiture, all informed by studying artists' work from the past and present. Look out for pieces envisaging 'future cities,' a day in the life' drawings, and self-portraits exploring the idea of 'looking back, looking forward, being in the now.'
