Drawing + Illustration SU02
In this program, students built their creative skills through multi-media experimentation. They explored drawing with pencils, inks, watercolours, collages, and more. Students developed observational skills through drawing self-portraits, live models, and still life. Moreover, they developed critical thinking, research, and peer review skills through multiple in-class critiques that strengthened their understanding of aesthetics and concepts. Through individual and collaborative artmaking, they developed their compositions, techniques, and storytelling.
