Artist Statement:
My artwork is inspired by the beauty of nature and living things that i see in my environment, in photography and in my imagination. I explore and experiment with a wide variety of mediums, though I focus on acrylics and colored pencils to achieve vibrant and blended visual effects. During my post secondary art education, I am open to try new things and looking forward to discovering different ways of artmaking. It is my intention that my artwork make people happy and calm. When it is addressing environmental problems, such as global warming or animal suffering, I hope that I evoke sadness and to provoke thoughtfulness.
