
Graphic Design
In the graphic design course, students learned how to use design elements and principles to effectively convey messages, tell compelling stories, and create impactful brands. They were inspired by renowned artists and experimented with various digital techniques to tackle challenging design briefs while honing their skills in illustration, typography, image manipulation, and layout design.

Ghinwa Yassine (Lebanon/Canada) is an anti-disciplinary artist, based on the unceded Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-waututh people. Her mixed media work includes film, installation, performance, sound, text and drawing. Ghinwa has over ten years of experience as a brand designer working for international clients in Dubai, Turkey, The United States, England, and other. In both her design and art practices, Ghinwa believes in a production that is aware of its sociopolitical context and in artists and designers as agents of challenge and change.
